Terms of Service
Last updated: 25 August 2026
Agreement
These terms govern access to websites and software supplied by Swasthyamanasa Healthcare Private Limited (“Swasthya”). A signed order form, business associate/data-processing terms, hospital agreement or other written contract prevails where it conflicts with these public terms.
Accounts and authorized use
You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials and use the service only for lawful healthcare or business purposes authorized by your organization. Hospitals are responsible for assigning appropriate staff roles, obtaining patient permissions and deciding what information their users enter or send.
Healthcare responsibility
Swasthya provides workflow and record-keeping software. It does not practice medicine, replace professional judgment or guarantee a clinical outcome. Healthcare providers are responsible for diagnosis, treatment, emergency procedures and verification of records used for care.
Subscriptions and Swasthya Credits
Plan, billing cycle, taxes, setup scope and renewal terms appear in the applicable order form or checkout. Swasthya Credits are prepaid, closed-loop service credits where 100 credits represent ₹1 of service value. They are used for accepted utility messages and actual Copilot provider usage plus the disclosed catalog markup. Unless a written contract states otherwise, they are non-transferable, are not cash, and remain usable while the related subscription is active. Messaging is charged only after the provider accepts the message; Copilot settles actual metered usage after each provider request.
Payments, cancellation and refunds
Online checkout is hosted by Razorpay; its current Terms of Use and Privacy Policy govern its processing. Subscription cancellation affects future renewal and does not automatically reverse charges for service already supplied. Refund eligibility follows the signed order form, applicable law and the payment state. Approved refunds return to the original payment method where supported; processing time also depends on the bank or payment provider. Contact us with the invoice and payment reference to request review.
Patient payments
Where enabled, Swasthya facilitates a hosted payment between a patient and the hospital. The hospital remains the seller and owner of its invoice. Availability depends on payment-provider onboarding, hospital KYC and applicable regulatory approval. Swasthya does not hold patient funds outside the licensed payment-provider flow.
Availability and third-party services
We work to keep the service secure and available, but maintenance, networks, hospitals, cloud providers and external integrations can interrupt it. Third-party services are subject to their own availability and terms. We may suspend access required to contain a security incident, prevent misuse, comply with law or address overdue amounts under the applicable contract.
Intellectual property and feedback
Swasthya and its licensors retain rights in the software, branding and documentation. Customers retain rights in their data. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or interfere with the service except where law expressly permits it.
Contact
Questions, cancellation notices and payment disputes may be sent to contact@swasthyamanasahealthcare.com. Include your organization, invoice or transaction reference, and a safe description of the issue; do not email passwords or unnecessary patient information.
